<> Call 817-370-0000 to explain your problem.

<> If you decide to try Mediation,  you pay a Basic-Fee,   &  receive an  individual-app't.

<> The Basic-Fee is just $600 per dispute.  Start-to-Finish!  One party may pay it,  or  both parties can split it.

<> This saves  months of time waiting for court-dates, & relieves your stress by getting to a solution quickly!

<>  If you're already in a lawsuit,  a Mediator  can assist you & your attorney to solve parts of the suit before going to court, thereby facilitating a more successful  outcome!

 <> Your Mediator will courteously listen to your  dispute.

<> You'll receive a Brochure explaining how Mediation can help  to resolve your problem.

<> Mediation is a private court,  not a public-appearance.  Only parties involved may be present. (Everything is  confidential.)  It  begins at 1:30-pm,  restrooms & soft-drinks are available,  & ends at 5-pm,  or as soon as the parties reach an agreement!

<> Mediations can be concluded in 3-mtgs, within 2-weeks,  rather than months,  or even years,  waiting on court-times!
